Night cap

Do you have a night cap?

Never, sometimes, often, always. Which do you belong to?

I am afraid that I have recently had a night cap often.

I don’t know the reason, but I cannot go to sleep soon.

I struggle to try to sleep for an hour or so in bed in vain.

Then I give up and my hand reaches a couple of glasses of wine or a can of beer.

 

I wonder how long this will continue.
