Extraordinary low blood pressure

I am a type of a man with low blood pressure.

So I feel sluggish from time to time when I have a low blood pressure.

But it was terrible this morning. I felt dizzy and I couldn’t get up. I had to stay in bed until afternoon.

I was still dizzy. So I measured the blood pressure. I was surprised to see the highest pressure 77 

and the lowest 48. This was the worst. I returned to bed. I slept again.

Now I woke up and I measured again. It turned better a little bit. The highest is 98 and lowest 57.

I understand that there are medicines for persons with high blood pressure but

that there are no medicines for low blood pressure.

I am afraid that I just have to wait and see what will happen to me.
